SHIPPING POLICY

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning items.

Return & Exchange Policy

Three Sisters Organics will gladly accept returns on unopened / unused orders placed within 10 days. We only accept returns for items purchased through www.threesistersorganics.com. If you purchased a Three Sisters Organics item from a retail partner, please contact that retailer directly.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Gift cards are ineligible for returns.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and are processing your refund. The refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days.

If you’ve been notified that you’re receiving a refund, but it has been more than 5 business days since the notice has been issued, please contact your bank. There is often a processing time before the refund is posted to your account.
